About this job
This position is part of the Professional Development team at the OAG. This dynamic team is responsible for the continuous learning and development of all employees by providing a curriculum that develops the competencies of employees at all levels. This versatile team develops, designs, facilitates and coordinates the deployment of a range of courses in the area of soft skills, auditing, accounting, leadership, mental health and official languages.
As a Student – Professional Development you will:
- Provide administrative support to the PD team
- Perform data entry in Learning Management System
- Format and do minor edits of training materials in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Assist Official Languages team
- Review and update of English and French translations of training materials (validation of terms in FR to ensure they match Eng materials)
- Provide quality assurance role
- Track and organize of large volumes of files (creation of indexes and references for document organization and retrieval)

Essential Qualifications
Education: Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor or college's program in administration, communication, education (or other pertinent programs).
Language Requirements: Bilingual

Relocation Assistance
Access to OAG offices is currently limited due to social distancing guidelines. At the moment, students who join the OAG for the winter 2022 term will be working remotely for the whole duration of the term.
