We are looking for our next superstar! Do you have what it takes to join our team of professionals and take on the challenging and exciting role of Sous Chef?

Sous Chef for our Storehouse Bar & Grill in Iqaluit

Preferably need someone with Pub/ Gastro Pub experience
Reporting to Executive Chef – Roger Planiden
Has to be double vaccinated for minimum 21 days before first day of work
Details about the job:
This is a one man/woman show so need someone that will be super organized + hard working
Monday to Saturday so 6 working days a week – every Sunday off
Shift starts 3:30 pm and ends 10:30 pm – so no more than 7 hours a day or average 42 hours per week – every morning off
Kitchen opens for service from 5pm and closes at 10 pm with last order 9:45 (the latest/ 9:30 usual)

Package:
Starting Salary: $70,000 + Cash Tip Outs from Servers (you make their customers happy – they keep you happy)
3 Weeks (21 calendar days) per year – going to 4 weeks (28 calendar days) after year 1
Performance Based Bonus (food Sales vs Budget) ~ $10,000 per annum
$2,500 annual flight allowance ie return flight anywhere to the value of $2,500
Rent Free private room in shared house – usually they are 3 bedroom townhouses
