Role

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with data and information systems? If so, then we have the right opportunity for you! The Motor Vehicle and Registries Administration is looking to fill a Temporary position and seeking for energetic and independent individuals to be part of our team which provides a variety of services to clients.

The incumbent would be reporting to the Manager, Data Access and Contract Management. The role will primarily involve ensuring the delivery of quality services to those parties requesting access to Motor Vehicle, Corporate Registries, Personal Property Registries, and Vital Statistics information through the effective application of relevant legislation policy and procedures. This results in the release of information through specialized contracting policies and the production of court documents to eligible parties. You will also be called upon to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues.

As an ideal candidate you must possess :

  • Strong organization skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Qualifications

University graduation in a related field; no experience required; or equivalent as described below.

Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of:

  • 1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or
  • 1 year of experience for 1 year of education.

Also note:

  • Experience working with privacy legislation, contract management, or Microsoft Access is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with the MOVES motor vehicle computer system is considered an asset
  • Experience in responding to public inquiries either in person or in a call center environment is considered an asset.

Salary

$2,281.95 to $2,993.39 bi-weekly: ($59,558 - $78,127 / year)
