Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will work in conjunction with the Operations Manager and support in the overall responsibility of the production facility, storages, and grounds. They will also ensure the manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for supporting operations management with respect to production, facility, and storages

· Identify and support implementing improvements and standards for the production process

· Manage human and material resources to meet production targets

· Meet and exceed production goals

· Monitor and enforce quality control standards

· Prepare, maintain, and execute production reports

· Support in organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment, facility, and grounds

· Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures

· Ensure adherence to food safety procedures

· Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement

· Organize and run relevant training sessions

· Liaising with management staff

· Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

· Supervisors must also be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines
