New Job In-Home Tutor In Alberta

TutorHour is a one-on-one, private tutoring service provider. We deliver flexible and personalized tutoring programs in the comfort of the student's home (or at the closest public library).

We are currently recruiting for individuals able to tutor:

• High School Science (Bio, Chem, Physics)

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Working towards or have completed an undergraduate or post-secondary degree
• Must have experience with Alberta curriculum or IB/AP curriculum
• Must have achieved a grade of 90% or higher in the subject you are tutoring
• Passionate about the success of your tutoring students
• Enthusiastic, Responsible, and Patient
• Has a desire to work with school-aged children
• Must have access to a car and be willing to travel to homes or public libraries to tutor
• Can commit to working at least 10 hours/ week with availability Monday - Friday 3:30 pm-9:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday 9:30 am-9:00 pm
• Knowledge of a second language (eg. French, Chinese, Spanish) is not required but is an asset

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$30.00 per hour
