POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for a full-time, creative and passionate Cook who wishes to offer an exceptional culinary experience to residents. 1 weekend out of 2
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble plates of food
- Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Peel and cut vegetables for meals
- Plan and cook meals in accordance with the appropriate methods and standards
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Training certification (MAPAQ)
- A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent
