Cogsdale is looking for a Project Manager to join the Professional Services team and carry out software implementations!

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project scope, functional and technical project resources, and interfacing with multiple departments. You will support the team to ensure successful and on-time delivery. Additional work may include involvement in supporting change management and deployment activities.

What you will be doing:

Overall Project Management:

• Oversee the project and manage execution to plan
• Run client kick-off, planning and design meetings
• Manage the project scope to ensure on time and on budget delivery
• Manage the delivery of the requirements, as per the SOW/contract
• Travel to customer site

Implementation of projects:

• Assist with Pre-Sales workshops and assisting with the creation of Statement of Work documents
• Acts as the primary client contact representing the company during the Project
• Manage Project Escalations both internally and externally
• Oversee Configuration progress, all Test phases, Deployment, and Post Go-Live support
• Implement corrective and preventive actions

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• 5+ years of other customer facing work experience
• Experience with enterprise technology delivery
• Operational, technical marketing and management skills
• Leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving ability

What would make you stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology related field
• PMP / PMBOK certification
• Government contract and delivery experience
