Recruitment Agent for Private College located in Atlantic Canada
The ideal candidate for our college has the following criteria:
- Digital marketing experience is a must. Highly skilled in Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram, and website maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, including professional writing and grammar.
- Previous experience working in a commission-based sales position communicating with client’s face to face, email and telephone.
- Must have a friendly and warm personality and be passionate about higher education and/or natural medicine
- Results orientated and showing demonstrable experience and evidence in exceeding targets
- Understanding the commercialchallenges of converting prospects into students.
- Excellent organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- A good grasp of the higher education sector is highly desirable
Your responsibilities:
- Prospecting, recruiting and interviewing new and potential students
- Locate, and prepare trade shows/career fairs. Research and coordinate opportunities for presentations, conferences, etc. attend and present at such events.
- Promote and represent the College at public relations events, promotional opportunities, marketing campaigns, business meetings, and press and publicity functions.
- Research and develop new partnerships, as deemed beneficial by the Agent, and implement new recruitment strategies through these partnerships.
- Liaise and maintain positive relationships with government funding bodies and departments, universities and schools, and any additional organizations that may benefit the College’s students or enrollment.
- Actively contact prospective leads to advise them in their study choices with a focus on converting them into students.
- Maintain detailed records of every interaction made with prospective students and report to the Student Recruitment Manager
- Show the highest level of service when dealing with prospective students
- Have full understanding of the courses offered by CCATCM, their method of delivery and of government funding opportunities where necessary.
- Reporting directly to the Student Recruitment Manager, provide valuable feedback which will be used to help drive decision making in future marketing strategies.
- Complete and submit all relevant documentation to college such as Application forms, interview notes etc
