Raise Bore - Site Administrator
Master Drilling is looking for “Raise Bore – Site Administrator” for our Project located at the Voisey’s Bay Mine Site.

The position will be responsible for daily office administration, clerical duties and supporting the senior management & HSE team.
To succeed you will need to be a highly motivated individual that can be comfortable in a team-based atmosphere and enjoy working proactively in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
Able to assist the Management & Staff:
- Office operations and procedures
- Prepare and collect employee timecard, submit weekly to Finance Department
- Document Control, ensure personnel training files are up to date and secure
- Responsible to maintain office equipment, inventory log, and vehicle fleet pre op inspection reports
- Scan, email, and file invoices, reports, authorization & HSE documents to the company OneDrive.
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.
- Provide Daily reports to Management & HSE Officers
- Will be responsible for the mobilization of staff to and from site.
- Responsible for out of province/country travel reservations, ensuring all travel restrictions measures are met.
- Responsible to maintain staff rotational scheduling ensuring adequate coverage with PM Approval of change requirements
- Follow Protocol to receive & ship equipment to/from project.
- Completion and submission of required reports in a timely and efficient manner.
- Must demonstrate excellent use and understanding of MS Excel and MS Word programs.
- Required to assist with other office duties for Management, HSE Officers, Supervisors and staff as requested.
Qualifications:
Mandatory requirements:
- Diploma of Office Administration or equivalent
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality
- Proficient Computer skills including MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, Word
First Aid Certificate is an Asset, but not mandatory
Experience working in Remote location is an Asset
Experience working in the Mining/Construction environment an Asset
Other Site Requirements & General Working Conditions:
- Criminal Records Check Mandatory prior to Hiring
- Pre-employment medicals and drug screening is Mandatory prior to site
- Must be able to work in high traffic areas in
- Must be able to work on a 14/14 rotation basis (subject to change).

- Must be a team player and have excellent oral and written communication
This full-time position is based at the Voisey’s Bay Mine in Northern Labrador and successful applicants will be required to work a two- week on, two-week off rotation schedule.
