Job description

As part of a Dynamic Team at our Boutique Financial Firm, you will be responsible for administrative support to our Financial Advisors and client service in areas of insurance and financial planning.

Responsibilities:
- Client relations: Communication with clients by phone, email and in person

- Assisting with service requests and processing documentation for new and existing clients

- A more comprehensive role description will be provided to those selected for an interview

Qualifications:
Education: Post Secondary Education is an Asset
Experience: Previous experience in an office environment, particularly financial services, is an asset
A good sense of humour is an asset

Competencies:
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Accuracy & attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work well with others. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Must maintain strict confidentiality.
