What you will do

  • Develops and implement Benefits Realization Management Program policy and process across the project and program and in alignment with existing evaluation frameworks.
  • Administration, development and coordination of benefits evaluation and data analysis across the various streams and service delivery units.
  • Ensure that the relevant methodology and framework is applied and all data is handled in accordance with established protocols, policies, standards, processes and procedures.
  • Oversee the collection, entry, verification, management, analysis, and reporting of benefits measurement data across the project and service delivery units
  • Prepare written materials including but not limited to dashboards, presentations and reports.
  • Support Business Solution Owner, Busines Functional Owners, Project Director and Managers and other stakeholders in ensuring that all benefits evaluation components are integrated into project and program plans, are clearly defined and successfully achieved.
  • Analyze data/trend information, identifying and recommending possible improvement
  • areas. Report on these to business service delivery units and program.
  • Collaborate with the Change Management, Communications and Training Lead on the development, implementation and supporting of ongoing program Benefits Realization and adoption approaches.
  • Educate, mentor, and support project/program staff in benefits evaluation program delivery principles and practices.
  • Review and monitor high-level activities across projects to identify benefits evaluation opportunities.
  • Ensure measurement methods for planned benefits are in place and evaluation occurs by due date(s).
  • Monitor, report and publish progress against benefits targets for review by the sponsors and other stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of six (6) years of related experience.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

Asset Qualifications:

Preference may be given to candidates that possess one or more of the following asset qualifications:

  • Experience in Change Management, Project Management or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience in strategic work across large organizations
  • Proven track record of working in a team environment where different opinions and perspectives have to be managed, negotiated and resolved.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with demonstrated persistence and resilience in challenging situations
  • Exceptional analytical and information-seeking skills that contribute to effective decision-making and strategic planning and execution of action plans that deliver results and motivate individuals for greater performance excellence.

Operational Requirements:

Travel within New Brunswick may be required; therefore, candidates must possess a valid New Brunswick driver's license and have their own means of transportation.
