ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF SPECIALIST I
DUTIES
The successful applicant will be responsible for the coordination and administration of employee training within Facilities Management. Responsibilities include overseeing all safety training requirements for staff and scheduling any required training as per the designated safety training matrices associated with the specific classification; ensuring all employees are scheduled for all trade specific training sessions; ensuring all completed courses are tracked and up to date in the department’s training database; research training provider options, as well as, new course information as requested; maintain electronic files on SharePoint; and performing other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
SALARY $37,353 - $52,383 per annum (Non-Bargaining)
