You believe in the importance of continuous development, and you strive to deliver exceptional learning experiences to the employees you serve. Along with your excellent customer service, you leverage data and analytics to inform your decisions on shaping more effective learning structure processes. With the skills you bring, we want you as our Learning Management System Administrator.

Joining our Operational Learning team, you’ll be responsible for analyzing data and recommending solutions utilizing the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver and track employee training to meet organizational objectives, maintain compliance and support development.

Your extensive knowledge of learning platforms enables you to craft compelling and efficient e-learning experiences for employees. You collaborate closely with the teams and individuals you support and take swift action when addressing inquiries and issues to ensure the best possible outcomes.

In this role, you will:
Maintain our LMS structure and assignments with a focus on accurate record keeping.
Administer current training assignments and incorporate any new requirements that arise.
Support all LMS-related issues, including reporting for managers, e-learning troubleshooting for employees and record-keeping inquiries. What it takes:
A diploma or certificate in business administration and two years of experience with an LMS or related experience.
Demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors, specifically with the learning modules, is considered an asset.
An action-oriented approach to quickly and efficiently complete incoming requests and inquiries.
Intermediate Excel skills and being comfortable with utilizing formulas, Pivot tables and other functions to aid with reporting.
Excellent analytics abilities and a solution-driven approach to identify opportunities to enhance and evolve processes. Additional Information
