Duties
Working in an office environment that requires tasks such as typing, filing, sending and replying to email, answering telephone inquiries, etc. and trained in the basic use of computers.
Work environment
Working in an office environment providing administrative support to the primary work location but may be required to work at various locations and travel between these locations. Flexibility to work remotely from home.
Intent of the process
- one English Essential position in Corner Brook, N.L. for one year.
- one Bilingual Imperative (BBB/BBB) position in Oromocto, N.B. for one year.
The intent of this process is to establish a pool of qualified candidates which could be used to staff similar or identical positions with various tenures, language requirements, and/or security clearance levels in various Federal Government Departments or Agencies, in various locations.

Asset Qualifications:
AEX1: Experience as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces.
AEX2: Experience in using spreadsheet software (i.e., Excel, Numbers, etc)

Preference
Preference will be given to veterans first and then to Canadian citizens and permanent residents, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
