Head Cashier- Full Time

Pharmasave Ladysmith is currently accepting resumes for a full time Head Cashier position. The successful applicant should be a cheerful, enthusiastic and self-motivated team player.

Objectives

1) Provide top quality Customer Service to our customers at all times.

2) Provide support services to cashier staff with regards to change, lottery tickets, gift certificates, stamps, phone cards and skims.

3) Provide quick and efficient customer service with regards to refunds, exchanges, customer inquiries or complaints.

4) Ensure implementation of all customer service policies.

5) Ensure the quality merchandising of confectionery, reading material and Carlton Cards sections.

6) Implementation of store standards with respect to cleanliness and safety around till areas and both exits.

7) Ensure implementation of all security policies with respect to cash and floor procedures.

Requirements Include;

- 2 Years minimum retail Cashier experience.

- Excellent customer service and selling skills.

- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights & weekends.
