We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate.

We are looking for a customer-orientated, passionate, and driven individual to join our growing E-Commerce department. Reporting directly to the Head of E-Commerce, this individual will be an integral part of our growth and expansion. If you love good, healthy food and are passionate about people, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Prepares customer orders with efficiency and accuracy

• Packages orders and prepares items for shipment
• Maintains and provides inventory updates using the E-Commerce platform to ensure accuracy
• Receive and process payments using a cash register
• Demonstrating outstanding customer service such as greeting customers, explaining product features, and directing customers to find proper product as needed.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Head of E-Commerce

What You Bring:

Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment including supporting projects cross-functionally with other departments

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull and reach during shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk-up/downstairs
• No previous experience is required
