ASSOCIATE THERAPIST

We are seeking a full-time associate therapist to fill a maternity leave, with the potential to remain on the team permanently. We require a masters level degree; MSW or M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology. Must be covered on various insurance plans.

We are a clinically diverse and supportive team with a focus on community involvement and meeting unmet needs.

Required Skills:

Provide evidence based individual and/or couples counselling, assessment, and crisis intervention services to clients and families presenting with personal and mental health challenges. Knowledge of community resources to make appropriate referrals also an asset.

Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills a must

Ability to implement and maintain solid professional boundaries.

Identify as a culturally sensitive, evidence-based practitioner with a willingness to learn.

Applicants must have previous counselling experience, must be self-motivated and able to practice independently.

Compensation: $78.00 per session
