The Ministry of Social Services is seeking a values-based, performance oriented public servant to lead the Evaluations and Analytics Unit in the Strategic Management Branch.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Evaluation and Analytics will lead a team that collaborates with the five program areas of a complex, results-driven Ministry. The successful candidate will be familiar with evaluation and analytical techniques and able to apply insights to make tangible improvements to the work of the Ministry and the lives of our clients. Superior relationship-building and diplomatic skills will help you lead cross-ministry initiatives that support the use of data as a strategic asset. Your communication skills will allow you to explain complex and technical information to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership, with varying levels of technical expertise.

Typically, knowledge and skills for this position would be obtained through a graduate degree in the Social Sciences and related professional experience.
