Reporting to: Director, Student Recruitment and External Affairs

Classification: Administration Technician

Category: Support Staff

Status: Permanent, full-time

Working Hours: Weekdays, 35 hours

Annual Salary: $44,062.20 to $58,822.40

Start Date: As soon as possible


Under the supervision of the Director, Student Recruitment and External Affairs, the Student
Recruitment Associate supports activities and processes that aim to recruit prospective
students for the College’s pre-university programs.


Provides administrative support to ensure the smooth running of student-recruitment
processes 

Assists in preparing promotional and informational material for prospective students and
high school guidance counselors

Student Recruitment Associate 

Assists in the coordination of student-recruitment events, which includes visiting high
schools, online events, and carrying out campus tours 

Liaises with student ambassadors, faculty and staff for all activities related to student
recruitment 

Maintains accurate contact lists of prospective students 

Interacts with prospective students and their parents via various tools including social
media platforms.


Strong organizational and administrative skills with the capacity for multitasking 

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to interact
professionally with a variety of stakeholders within and outside the College 

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 

Service-oriented attitude


Diploma of college studies (DEC) in an appropriate specialty, or a diploma or an attestation
of studies recognized as equivalent 

Minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in education, sales, or
marketing environment 

Proficient with Microsoft Office 

Proficient in various social media platforms and online tools 

Knowledge of the Quebec secondary and post-secondary education sector an asset 

Fluently bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written
